Refund policy

If you wish to return your purchase we will gladly refund you on your original means of payment. We do not issue exchanges or store credit. All items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unused and unwashed with original tags (when applicable). 

Before shipping back your return please email hello@blancheandmimi.com and let us know which item(s) you are returning. Please do not call the store regarding returns, all returns must be handled via email/the website. All broken claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving items. Once returns are approved, we will email you a refund authorization number to include in your package with the original paperwork. For all items, shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions.
